You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided the license has not been activated or used beyond a reasonable evaluation period. This mirrors the standard 14-day return period offered on major app marketplaces. - How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@mominstruments.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a few business days. - Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. - Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window, or for licenses that show extensive usage inconsistent with a simple evaluation, may be declined at our discretion.

Terms of Service
- License: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin(s). Reselling, sharing, or redistributing your license is not permitted.
- Payments: All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record, which handles billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT.
- Ownership: All software and related materials remain the property of MoMinstruments. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership.
- No Warranty: Products are provided “as is,” without guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation.
- Changes: These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
